Vintage Cricket Rotorua Host Club

The 1st Trans Tasman Vintage Cricket Carnival is to be hosted by Geyserland Googlies, the local Vintage Cricket team. Geyserland Googlies are a Foundation Team of Vintage Cricket having taken part in the Adelaide and Perth Carnivals.

Amongst the most hospitable of cricket teams, the Geyserland Googlies generally host teams at Rotorua's 1st Class Ground, Smallbone Park and are well known through the upper half of the North Island as a fun team with a true understanding of the principles and spirit of Vintage Cricket.

The fact that the Carnival host club is Geyserland Googlies is reason enough on its own to head for Rotorua in March 2007.
